I have just turned on my TV and I get a message saying poor signal quality.I went into settings then Product Support then System Information and get the following message Unable to retrieve a service code.I can watch some channels but what ever channel I go into that message appears.The TV is a Sony KDL-42W653A can someone advice please.Thanks
