Does anyone know what the following option does on the Bravia TVs?

Settings -> Digital Setup -> Service Replacement

When 'on' this setting automatically changes the channel if the broadcaster changes transmission of the viewed programme to a different channel.

Oh interesting. Does this work for things like Wimbledon when they continue a match from BBC 1 over to BBC 2?
