Hi,
I've recently purchased a KDL-55EX503U and I'm very happy with the TV... apart from when then screen is very dark, as it seems as though I can see big patches that arent "black" or as dark as the rest of the screen....they are always in the same place(not round the edges of the screen) and I would guess they take up 20% of the screen... I have to stress that its only noticeable when the tv is on but the screen is very dark or black... Does anyone have any suggestions on what this may be and whether or not I should get it looked at...e.g. is it a fault and would a replacement not have this issue!?
