Adobe flashplayer and servicemanager

Flashplayer wont download as servicemanager is running. How do you stop it running so I can install?

Hi,

Assuming this is the Adobe Service Manager, click Start and type msconfig in the search field > Open the result and click on the Statup tab > Uncheck Adobe Service Manager > Reboot and hopefully this will solve the problem. If you wish to re-enable Service Manager after installing Flashplayer then re-check the item on the Startup tab and reboot.
