Connecting Keyboard and Mouse

How do I attach the keyboard and mouse that comes with Sony SVL2412ZE1B

Hi willan777 and welcome.

The keyboard and mouse normally work as soon as you turn them on (as long as the batteries are inserted). They are wireless and work anywhere up to 10m from the Vaio.

Occasionally, they do not connect automatically and you will need to carry out the connection procedure which involves turning on the Vaio -> turning OFF the keyboard and turning it back on while holding down the right Ctrl. key.

I have tried what you have suggested but can not get keyboard or mouse to be recognised.

I do not know if I am being thick but do I need to do anything via settings?
