impossible to watch videos from the net -window 8

I bought this new laptop : VAIO model SVE171E13M with window 8 lat week. I can´t Watch any videos on the net. It´s not my internet because I can Watch on other computers at home. The computer says that I have flshplayer as well. Could ity be cause by an app that I don´t have?  thanks!

What AntiVirus software are you using? It may be clashing with the preinstalled McAfee software.
