Hello,
I have contacted Sony many times about the same issue which is the wireless dropping when I am using the laptop, I have the VPCF23N1E/B and it is still in warranty, they have had 3 chances to fix the issue.
First repair: no faults found, software reinstalled
Second repair: keyboard replaced and hard drive
Third repair: finally found wireless issue and replaced LAN card
To top it all of the wireless is still dropping and their is an error when I start the Vaio up showing a black screen and message saying that the hardware is missing or corrupt.
I would like to know of people who have had numerous repairs and if they have recieved a relacement vaio?
