I have taken one of my Vaio computers into PC world where I bought it from with a fault with the RAM. I am an avid Sony fan and have been for many years and have never had cause to complain having two Vaio's an Experia mobile and Bravia TV. The computer in for repair is 17 days out of warranty and Sony will give it no warranty consideration or contribution. Shame on you Sony and shame on you not making a phone number available to discuss such a matter with anyone. APPLE AND APPLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE MY FAMILY AND ME COME...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
