The laptop works normal without any problems but it will not switch off onces you shut down instead it will simply restart. I tried to format the laptop and reinstall windows hoping it is a software problem but it didn't help. I have also tried to install ubuntu but I still had the same problem. To switch the laptop off I have to hold the ON button down for a few seconds.
Can any one please help me with this problem.
