The laptop VPCSE1C5E serial 5******* ****** which is unknown to VAIO support ( somehow ).
The inbuilt GSM signal quality is awful. I have a few other phones on the desktop with five bars and the VAIO gets only two bars out of five. It has not been dropped or like that. It has been a problem because the GSM won't work anywhere outside cities due to low signal.
