Will windows 8 be compatable with the touch screens on my all in one pc.

If not when does Sony hope to resolve

You will have to wait and see exactly what Vaio models Sony are going to support when Windows 8 is released.

Hopefully touch screen models will be supported.

You can try asking Vaio Support but I doubt full details will be available yet.
