After going to the recovery centre on my laptop by pressing F10 and going through all types of recovery my laptop still stays windows fails to start because NLS data is missing or corrupt. think my husband removed the whole operating system by mistake. think i need the installation discs where do i get these from please? what is the cheapest resolution to my problem please?
