My new headphones (WI-1000X) are really difficult to pair with my apple-products. I was able to connect to my iphone (after using the troubleshoot procedure) but not with ipad and macbook pro. Do I need to do the troubleshoot for every device I want to connect to? And how about the pairing for the iphone if I have to use the trouble shooting functionalities?

I'm not sure which troubleshooting you had to do in order to get them to connect, however, I can see that connection with iPhone shouldn't be a problem as stated in the user guide in this link: https://bit.ly/2rfmbH4
I think the same concept goes with other Apple devices as long as they are compatible with the Bluetooth specifications of this device mentioned here: https://bit.ly/2Kt6Zhk

There shouldn't have any issue but with Apple product, you often nee dto re-synch everytime you switch iDevices...
