Can you make sure that the screen on your iPhone is unlocked before pairing with the Headphones. You can find more details on pairing and connecting with an iPhone here.
Thanks for your reply. I have been having problems for about a week .I followed all the instructions and still nothing it won.t turn on at all and when I go through all the procedures to set up pairing it still won’t do anything. All I hear is turning off . I have held the start button in for two seconds and it turns blue then the blue light goes off .I have held it in for seven seconds and nothing . I have tried NFC reader it picks up but does nothing else I’m at my wits end .With one button there’s no way to reset it All I Hear is turning off. I have paired other things with my iPhone 8 Plus so its not my phone.. Thank you again for the advice my son has contacted Amazon so just waiting for the response....P.Rooney
