Bitrate video?

What's the bitrate in the video? In my device is 17,5 Mbps (in the Lenovo k6 for example is 20) and the videos are very terrible, is it normal? I'm very sad for my Xperia it's new (15 days)  but it looks like a device of 3 years old. I don't understand... overheat everywhere display and back, camera stop many times, no long battery.  I don't know what to do, assistance or wait an update or the bad solution change the device and the brand. Not good Sony. Sorry again for my bad english. Thanks

This morning I brought my X back to the store and I did credit the money, pity Sony you lost a customer, great device to see but to use we are not right. I was hoping for so much and nothing, I will go to unfortunately, or perhaps who knows better this way. Close the topic too!
