Hello,
I don't know...
But I have one of these for my Z5 Compact... sure it's ugly... but meh.
The nice thing about it is that there is another case it sits in, that has magnets that bind it to the main wallet. The back of the wallet doesn't have a camera hole - so that's what I got it for.
Then, I went and got tempered glass on the back of the phone to raise the back a bit higher above the lens. That was just incase I dropped the phone, and then it fell out of the wallet, and then out of the case.
There might be one on Ebay for the X.
Hi @WarmWinter,
There's currently no specifications available regarding which material is used for the camera lens, but I will request it internally and try to find it out for you.
Hi again @WarmWinter,
I have tried requesting the information regarding what the lens is made of internally, but I’m sorry I don’t have access to that information.
In either case, I strongly recommend that you protect the lens using a cover of some sorts if you're worried about the lens scratching. It's always better to be safe than sorry as long as it won't be inconvenient for you!
Hello.
I have found the youtube channel who scratch the camera lens of Xperia X. It looks like it made of Glass, and not Plastic.
The camera lens are Scratch proof. You can check a video by Witrigs on YouTube regarding Xperia X

Hello everyone,
I bought Xperia X a few days ago and have question about it which Google can't answer...
What material is Xperia X main camera lens made of? Is it glass? Or scratch resistant glass like sapphire? Or maybe (but I hope not) plastic just like the one in Z5?
Should I invest on a lens cover? And will it impact to image quality?
Thank you!
I dont think so. My phone camera lens has a couple of scratches on it
