Can't play 4k videos I recorded + overheating

I recorded a 4 minute video, it overheated and buffered when I stopped recording, now it won't play back any ideas how I can fix this please?

I am sorry to hear about this, let's see what we can do to help.

Are you able to take other videos in 4K and play them or is this only related to the one recording?

The handset will get hot while recording in 4k as 4K uses a lot of resources, however, the handset will give you prompt about the heat and power down if needed.

Please let me know about the recording as requested above.
