I have been trying to update my phone for a week now without any luck. Every time I ty I get a message "Could not install" and I have tried both via the phone and Xperia Companion and multiple times a day (up to 5-6 timers).
When I do the update though Xperia Companion I get the following error: kResultCode_DeltaUpdateResultDidReturnFail
I have read on this forum that XZ users have had the same exprience, but a friend of mine have an XA phone, and her phone just updated without any issues.
Please help me out here.
