I try too get the cashback for my sony xperia x compact, ill go too the site

and when i try too put in the foto of the IMEI code and so on and click on next

i get back on same page and have too put in the fotos again. anyone from

sony who knows what it is and how i can get too the next page?

If you look at the bottom of the claim page, you will see a link to terms and conditions, in those terms you'll find an email address to contact if there's any issues.
