developer options

So I've activated developer options for quite some while now. But when I went in to check today, it seems everything has been set back to standard settings. And when I try change them back it won't let me.

I have restated my phone, toggled developer options on/off. But it does not seem to work.

First picture. I've changed the Bluetooth codec and the in band ringing

Second picture. I closed the settings and opened them again everything was reset1
