Fingerprint hardware not aviable

I'm sorry to hear this.
Have you been able to use the fingerprint sensor before? If so when did it stop working?
I would recommend that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion to see if there is anything software related causing this behavior.
If there is no change this is most likely related to your devices hardware and the device will need to be sent in to a authorized service center for further troubleshooting and repair. If you get in contact with your Local support team they can assist you with this.

I think it is not a software problem because I already restet my phone and also starte it in safe mode. But the Finger printer des not work.

If you have tried to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion and you are still experiencing it is most likely like you say not related to the software in your device. In this case you should get in contact with your Local support team for assistance with how to have your device sent in to an authorized service center for repair.
