Google Play Service Battery Consumption -Xpeira Xcompact (34.3.A.0.217)

Hi guys, 

after updating my Xperia Xcompact into new version of Naught ,it drain so fast , 

when i checked under Battery Usage 

it shows "Google Pay Service " is consuming a large amount of the battery , most of the time its the top1 than phone idle or Android OS ,

build number 34.3.A.0.217

i turned off location (changed into GPS also tried by turned off) , 

and also "permissons" for most of the Apps" turned off ,
