I'm curious, how many users have this issue? I've read a few posts where even sending the phone in for repair doesnt solve the problem. Sony is of no help. can it be a regional issue (if software codes vary country to country?) It is very frustrating with this issue.
yes, ive done the factory reset, software repair.. didnt do anything. last step is to send in for repair.
