Messaging downloading but no message

Hey, I keep getting the notification in the picture. Started after last system update. Any help appreciated. Thanks!

Hi @Nakafia, welcome to the community.

Try clearing the data of the Messenger app and the Download Manager app.

To do this go to Settings > Apps > Find and tap on the app > Storage > Clear Data, do this for both apps then restart the phone.
