Notification sound disappears after connecting to Bluetooth speaker

I have both Xperia X for my wife and Xperia X Compact for myself.

Whenever I connect any of the phones to any blutooth sound device, the notification voice will never come again after disconnecting until restarting the phones.

I use Sony SBG52 Bluetoorh

GMC Acadia Bluetooth

And Toyota universal display Blutooth

Hi @Ibraheem_h89 and @Hossamomaromar, sorry to hear about this. Slightly_frowning_Face

Have been experiencing this for a long time or is it something that has begun after an update? Is it specifically the notification sound that disappears after connecting to a Bluetooth audio device or is it the same for other sounds like the ringtone and music?

@Hossamomaromar thanks for contacting me. The issue started since the very first time I've used the blutooth audio. Even after several updates the issue is not solved.

The only sound that disappear is notification such as SMS, Email, WhstsApp, etc.

@Ibraheem_h89 Would it be possible for you to capture this in a bug report? I could then forward it internally for investigation.

To do this:

1. Go to Settings > About phone > Build number, tap 7 times on the build number.
2. Go back and select Developer options then set Logger buffer size and change it to "4 MB"
3. Restart your phone, then replicate this
4. Go back to Settings > Developer options, select "Take bug report" followed by "Interactive bug report".

When the report is ready you will receive a notification. Tap the notification to share it. I suggest you upload it to Google Drive and then choose to share a public link to the upload and include the link in the PM.
