Phone isn't always charging

Hello Sony Xperia X fellws, I have an issue with my phone recently.

Sometimes it charges perfectly while other times does not at all.

I am not sure if it is a battery problem ot the charger blug itself!

Please let me know what  do you think the issue's resource, and what to do to fix it ? Also does my stuff are going to be lost while replacing one of those things ? ( do I have to make a new backup )

Have you tied with other USB cables? Different wall chargers?

I tried to change the charger and also checked that it is working on other devices.

Now my phone died can't charge from any charger! 

=( Idk what to do !

Time to stop by your Local support to get it inspected and repaired.

You will have to check if your local repair agents will keep the data, but in general, they will not. 

A service center cannot backup your device for you, according to the text in Warranty:

At present, Sony may be prevented by applicable law, other regulation or technical restrictions from making a backup copy of certain downloads. Sony does not take any responsibility for any lost information of any kind and will not reimburse you for any such loss. You should always make backup copies of all the information stored on your Sony Product such as downloads, calendar and contacts before handing in your Sony Product for repair or replacement.

Please note that some of your personal settings, downloads and other information may be lost when your Sony Product is repaired or replaced.
