Phone will not operate afther Charge

Afther chargin the sceen is black, no respons wen operating on/off.

The diode i flashing blue.

Connect the phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let it charge for 2-3 hours > try to turn it on, if it doesn't work then repair it with XC
