hi all,
i dropped my phone and screen went black. i went to get it replaced but was told screen was not broken. i cannot connect to pc companion as screen is black and i cant unlock to do a software repair.
any ideas please.

I recommend that you get in contact with your Local support team for assistance with having your device sent in to an authorized service center for troubleshooting and repair.
