Problem with aux cable!!!!

Dears all

I have a problem with my Xperia X Aux, as it stopped working. I cleaned it, changed the cables, reboot, safe mode, sound about, and it's not working!

I don't know how to solve it and it seems it's a software problem you have Sony. It's very disappointing

It sounds like a hardware problem to me. I think that you must go to your local Sony center and have it checked.
