Sony xperia x sim card/signal

My signal bar at the top keeps disappearing and coming up no sim, which leaves me with no signal or mobile data connection, I restart my phone and it's fine but then it just disappears again.

I have the same problem after update to android 7.1.1 How to solve it?

I also have this issue. It happened in 7.0 but has got worse since 7.1.1 requiring multiple restarts every day. Doesn't seem to be any logic to it, it just disappears at random

Ordered a new sim-card.
