My phone is only 15 days old and I have issue with turning off by itself while in charging or after charging. I don't know what is actually going on but it happened in 10 days. Someone knows why it's going to turning off by self.
@Hs9 does the same issue persists in safe mode? if it doesn't, then it's caused by a third party app that you installed. if it still happens, perhaps performing a software repair using Xperia Companion could help.
Yes, I tried to full charge in safe mode and issue still exists. One thing I noticed after shutting down phone, green light on near the front of camara and have to press power+ up valume button for wake up phone.
