The Dutch sony website has the option to register your imei-number and ean-number, in order to get your cashback (for the Sony X Compact). I tried numerous times, but is just doesn't accept the two (correct) codes.
This cashback deal ends juli 16th, so I would really like to have it registered. This concerns a 100 euro cashback.
Two weeks ago I called customer support, they told me more people complained about this and that they would fix the website.
What can I do to get my cash(back)? Thanks in advance, Jeroen
