Voice output in navigation

Hello,
Unfortunately, the voice output on my Sony Xperia X compact works neither on Google Maps nor on my komoot app. I experimented with all settings! Without success

leider funktioniert bei meinem Sony Xperia X compact die Sprachausgabe weder bei Google Maps noch bei meiner komoot - app. Habe mit sämtlichen Einstellungen experimentiert!  Ohne Erfolg

Boot in >>> safe mode > test google maps once more, if that doesn't work, clear the app data > and try again in safe mode
