I bought the phone from sony online shop (tried to buy it from sony itself but its a lie) so i would get better warranty. first i got a device not got through QUALITY CONTROL the screen was not fitting the frame. so i had to wait extra 2 more weeks. then i got my device mistakenly dropped it (I KNOW ITS A USER MISTAKE) but i called sony poland and ask about it to be changed. so they didnt inform me about fees. so now they want to charge me 800 PLN. the phone itself is 1700 PLN (BUYING A NEW PHONE IS MUCH MORE LOGICAL). so i wanted to get back my phone but just holding or putting the phone over table and looking at it and saying that "its user error" has a fee. im an engineer and i dont get paid that much for my few seconds. and no one is informing well. so it s a REGRET TO BUY SONY. Even go buy nokia 3310 but NOT FREAKING SONY.

then no solution. i wont even say poor support. no support. thats it.
