Xperia Tips doesn't give suggestions

Hi Community,

I've updated my X Compact to Android 7 before Christmas but, for now, I didn't receive any kind of suggestions from Xperia Tips; anyone know how?

Its well known that Android 7 by Sony is full of bugs and issues, for now is best to wait for their response and info about this issue and their fix in future update...if they will not answer or nothing will happen, my choice will be flashing back to Marshmallow but its up to you, now I recommend wait for answer and then report it here again .

Your answer is great. I hope someone of the Sony's support tem could answer me (and you) about this issue I experience with the Tips app. I hope soon as possible...

After the ultimate system update, Xperia Tips app doesn't work. 

Can someone of Sony's support give me an answer about or inform me if it a know issue?

Since I have bought my X Compact, I NEVER have received only one suggestion by Xperia Tips.

Is this considered a "smart" app???

I tried every way to resolve the issue as clean the cache, install the newer version, give two software repair but NOTHING!

What I found very worse is that no one of moderator in this forum have the courage to try understand this problem with me or asking about!

Very very disappointed, this is not the way to work!

I have an XA, but maybe my experience with Tips will help. I have completed all 7 steps of Introduction to Xperia. A couple of days later I have received the 1st one. Received 3 in total, last one on february 22nd.

I will try your suggestion, I will complete the 7 steps of Introduction to Xperia and I will see what happens. Then I return to report the result, for sure.
