Xperia X- Been scammed?!

So recently I bought an Xperia X second hand and it came with android 6 which I found strange. After much research I have found it is from Greece running Vodafone while it was advertised as an O2 handset from England? What action should I take against the company?

The Xperia X comes pre-loaded with Android 6.0 by default.

If you feel you have been misled in the advertising of the product I recommend you contact the retailer you purchased it from.
