While using Facebook video chat my screen went blank in the middle of the conversation. I tried restarting it a few times. When I turn on the phone it still made the normal sounds it does when I tried to input my lock code. I was still getting my alerts from apps and the alarms are still going off. I tried 3 system repairs (the first two faild and the third was successful). The screen is still blank but responsive.
I'm currently in the states on vacation but since purchased this phone in the country of Cyprus while working overseas, so sony centers cant help with repairs by policy. Has anyone had this problem and whats the normal repair action?
