I am using Xperia X. Main microphone is not working on the calls. But working fine in the camera (Video Recording). I tried the service test code *#*#7378423#*#* code, sometime it plays the sound and sometime it don't. Tried the factory reset but the problem is not solved. I donot have any Sony mobile center nearby, kindly suggest how to solve this issue.
