Can’t make/receive calls. SMS/data works fine

Hi,

ive got a z5 compact which is unlocked. I can’t make or receive calls on it but mobile data is working fine. I got the text about receiving operator settings too so I’m assuming sms are working fine too.

ive reset the phone numerous times, checked call forwarding, network setting and preferences (3G preffered and all that) but still nothing?

Try to open dial > *#*#4636#*#* > Phone Information >set preferred network type. Set it to LTE/UMTS auto (PRL)
