Could you please elaborate your question a bit? Does the touchscreen not respond at all or is it some parts of the touchscreen that is malfunctioning, and if so, can you carry out a quick test of the touchscreen in order to see if you have any dead spots?
In order to test the touch screen, find and tap Settings > About phone > Support > Xperia Tests > Touchscreen.
