Z5 PREMIUM DUAL BLACK SCREEN CHARGING ANDROID

Hi everyone, today i fixed my phone of a software update failed with the program Xperia Companion. After that, i proceed to start my phone and when start android the screen turns off but the phone stay on.

Please i need a solution i tried all of the solution that give me Sony.

If your last Software Update failed for some reason and you're stuck in a black screen or a restart loop, then you should perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. This will do a clean installation of the latest firmware and will also wipe your internal memory. You need your phone charged and turned off before you proceed into this.
