I have been trying for some time now to overcome a problem with this software, I can download them from my mobile to PMH with no problem
I can view photos and videos no problem but when I do try to move the new photos or videos to their proper folder within PMH the program freezes.
I have deleted and replaced the software a number of times
Is my file size too large for PMH to handle (221Gb)
Or is there another answer to my problem
Does anyone have a Sony UK email address that I can use, fed up going around in circles
Is there an online chat a could use and if so please provide a link
