I have been trying to connect my phone to the tv so I can watch some exercise classes recorded by my local leisure on their app. So far without success. I got a cable which fits but didn't work as apparently it was USB 4 and the Xperia XA2 is 2.0. I've tried ordering other cables but they've turned out to be micro USB and don't fit the phone. It's very frustrating!
