display is not working

hi this is i have xperia X1 and accidently i drop the phone from my hand and the phone fall so hard that it lost its display and it is not also in warranty period and need to fix my display but want a original display so i need to know where i get its new display

Hi @aditiravi4060, I am very sorry to hear about this.

If the display has stopped working after being dropped, I suggest that you get in contact with your local support team in order to have the phone sent to an authorized service center. If you have any questions regarding the service such as routines, warranty and consumer laws, these kind of questions are best answered by your local support team as well as they vary between markets.

As Martin said, please contact your local Sony Xperia service centre for repair.

I suspected due to the reason of dropping it that there will be a fee for repair.

I know this is shutting the door after the horse has bolted, however I think that it is ALWAYS better to fully insure your phone in case of incidents like this.

I have mine insured and the extra £13.50 a month may seem a great deal, however in case of loss my service provider deals with the Sony repair centre direct at no extra cost to me (for parts or labour)

Once you have it repaired by your local Sony Centre, I would suggest infuture to have some sort of insurnace buddy, it relaly is worth it.
