Frustrated: Free Headphones Xperia 1

It's quite frustrating to find out I pre ordered with EE direct in the UK and I don't get the free headphone??  O2, sky and even EE through carphonewarehouse.... 

Surely this should of been open directly through Sony?

Had confirmation today that they are being despatched with delivery by next Friday at the latest. I applied for the headphones at 10am on the 30th May

Thanks Pete. Time applied gives others an idea if they will get the headphones. So it's not just the day.

I have had the same confirmation today, that the Headphones should be with me no later than next Friday. I claimed for mine on 30th May at 5:54pm.  

Extra info, my claim was a direct O2 order, not part of the CPW deal.

Applied 31st May. order confirmation a few minutes after applying, CPW deal.

No confirmation on dispatch. Message sent to customer services yesterday enquiring.

Told that the headphones were sent yesterday(21st June), and lo and behold, they arrived this morning(22nd June).

So 22 days really from start to finish.

I've had absolutely no emails from Kondor regarding claim. I've emailed them and no reply.  Will be phoning them up Monday. Anybody else in this situation ?

I claimed 30th may 1pm.

I'm thinking if you never got an order confirmation email, with an order number on it, then you haven't grabbed a pair.

I'd get back on the phone to them, or mail them and ask if they have an order number associated with your IMEI number.

Got confirmation that headphones will be dispatched this week. They said that they are really busy getting them all sorted, as it is a large number of items.

I claimed on the 30th May at around 4.30pm

I've also had confirmation today that the claim has now gone though, and will dispatch soon. I claimed around 10.30-10.50am on May 30th. Car Phone Warehouse purchase.

I sense Kondor are not planning to send out email confirmations regarding completing purchase validation per customer unlesss the customer actually enquires on the progress of their claim via email or phone, which I did again today. You will just receive a royal mail dispatch notification and tracking once it ships....

I was told the same last week about Wednesday to be fair...

Just been told there's been a delay due to the amount of orders...
