Xperia 1 additional one year warranty register not working !!!

I bought Xperia 1 and try to register the one year additional waranty with the QR code given me on your package and scaned it to online tried many times is totally NOT working wasting time .

When did dumb head Sony learned how to supply something online that are working ? Had tons of experience with Sony online stuff that are totally NOT working !!! Really not a surprise with this time !!!

As @RuneJ briefly mentioned, this is an International support forum and since warranty and consumer laws may vary depending on market, I would like to know which country you are based in.

Xeperia 1 was bought in Hong Kong saying to register online with the QR code supplied for one more year additional waranty service . However as usual Sony IT stuff was never made to work.  Unable to register with the QR code suppplied . Tried many many times and dates wasting my time really upset !!!

Have you tried contacting our Support team in Hong Kong? They should be very well informed about this extended warranty and know if there has been any unexpected behaviours when scanning the QR code and will hopefully be able to help you further.
