Enquiry on Sony Cashback

Hi,

I bought a Sony Nex-5RK during Christmas 2012 which could can £50 cashback. I sent out the cashback form on 22 January but till now, I still have not received the cashback prepaid card. I tried to call the numbers listed on the cashback form but the number was only busy. Hence, I wonder when I will be able to get my cashback and by what means I can contact sony staff?

Hi Shuqiao and welcome.

These Cashback Offers are managed by an external company and the only way I know to contact them is on the hotline number 0845 504 8939.

They say you should get your card in 28 days or as soon after as they can manage it! Did you post the form by a method where delivery is trackable by the Post Office?

On previous Cashback offers there have almost always been some delays with this system.

Give it another week and then it may be time to contact Sony.
