Sony a77 firmware update?

I've heard rumor that there is a firmware update on the way this month (October) for the a77.  No word as to what will be included in it, but that there IS one on the way.  Can anybody confirm this 100%?  Anyone who has spent 10 minutes with their a77 knows it's (almost) the perfect camera, but is missing a few things to allow the subtraction of the word "almost".

Supported Products

This firmware update only applies to SLT-A77 that currently has a firmware version 1.05 or lower

Improvements

This utility updates the SLT-A77 firmware to version 1.06 , and provides the following benefits:

1. Addition of capability to enable or disable MOVIE button
2. Expanded the number of automatic compensation compliant lenses: SAL30M28，SAL50F14，SAL2470Z，SAL2875，SAL70400G，SAL70200G，SAL35F14G，SAL1635Z

Hardly worth bothering then,  Does NOT include the A65.

Sorry, apparently it does include the A65.  The UK update page clearly says 'only applies to SLT-A77', but I understand that A65 users have been able to implement this update.  Full marks for confusing this A65 owner.
