Sony Alpha problems with registration

Hello, for sometime now I tried to 'register my sony product' on sony.co.uk but it doesn't work could anyone tell me: why doesnt the 'register my product' work ??

Hi , welcome to the Sony Forums

You should make sure this is a UK-available product (if registering in the UK) and take extra care to type in the serial number correctly, making sure you're not transposing characters, eg 0 (zero) for O.

This is most often the problem; if after chacking this you still have issues registering the camera, you should contact Sony customer support for assistance.
