Why aren't registered Sony products linking from "My Sony" page?

The links aren't working on the My Sony page of the site.

It looks like the AF mechanism has failed on my SAL 1680Z. I assumed these links would take me to details of my warranties and support. But the links to "Product details and extras" aren't working.

All I'm getting is this completely unhelpful page.

Does anyone know what the story is? Or do these links automatically go out of commission when the warranty is finished (in my case all these items were bought in 2008)?

Would appreciate any help, thanks.

If you are having difficulties in finding the correct page (perhaps due to technical issues with the website) I would suggest contacting Sony Customer Services directly. There are full contact details in this thread:

They should be able to access the information for products that have been registered and as a result they will be able to advise you about the best course of action to get your lens repaired.

Thanks for your reply Simon. I called customer service and got nowhere in terms of finding out why those links weren't working. But as I bought the lens from Jessops in 2008 I guess its guarantee has expired anyway.

Do you know anybody that repairs lenses?
